Easy on-site processing
- Add 5mL ACD-A solution to two(2) 60 cc syringes
- Draw 35 mL of blood from patient to a total volume of 40 mL per syringe
- Place blood into provided vacutainer tubes
- Spin blood 10 minutes at 3400 RPM to separate plasma
- Draw plasma and place 20 mL into each of the provided conical tubes
- Spin plasma 10 minutes to functionally isolate and filter the alpha-2-macroglobulin
- Draw injectate from tubes into desired doses
- Administer where desired
- Freeze additional product for future use for up to 12 months
